In Patidar community marriages have become an obnoxious display of money and status. Often the exorbitant marriage costs puts burden on the families. In order to bring about a change in Patidar Community we encourage the practice of Samuh Lagna- A ceremony where groups of couple get married in a very simple, but traditional ceremony in the presence of few relatives. Even in the Samuh Lagna we offer complete facilities like arranging entire marriage ceremony at extremely subsidized rates.

For over 25 years Dharti Vikas Mandal has been a champion for the cause of Samuh Lagna. We have successfully organized Samuh Lagna for the members of Patidar community spread across the globe.

Bride and groom participating in Samuh Lagna are not charged fees. A nominal fee of Rs. 11 is charged wherein 11 guests can attend and have food free of cost. Maximum 30 guests are allowed who are charged Rs. 30/- per head.
